GENERAL INFORMATION
Listed below is general information about the Patriot Volleyball Classic tournament. Additional details can be found under the LINKS menu.
TEAM REGISTRATION FEE & REGISTRATION PROCESS
The registration fee for the 2018 event is $400. To register for the tournament, go to the Team Registration section, where you will find complete details on the registration process (registration deadline, entry requirements, etc.).
SPECTATORS
Please be aware that there are volleyballs traveling at a high rate of speed and players running after balls. As with any athletic event, you are responsible for being alert and aware at all times to help prevent accidents and injury. Event promoters are not liable for any injuries that occur due to the activity during the event.
Wristbands are mandatory for admittance to the playing areas. Wristbands must be securely fastened and worn on your wrist! Wristbands may not be carried or attached to handbags, purses, backpacks, etc. We use the same type of wristbands as water parks (Tyvek) so they may be worn in the pool or shower. Anyone found not wearing a wristband will have to exit the playing area.
PLAY LOCATION
All divisions, all age groups will play at the Rocky Top Sports World.

PLAYING TIMES
Playing Schedules for all teams will be posted on AES the week preceding the event.
TOURNAMENT ENTRY
Tournament registration and management by Advanced Event Systems (AES). Teams entry fees must be paid in full in order to be accepted into tournament.
All teams MUST fill out a brief Hotel/Housing Survey to be accepted into the event.
ROSTERS / RESULTS
Use of AES allows for real time results and final standings.
TOURNAMENT SANCTION
Patriot Volleyball Classic is sanctioned by JVA.

EVENT PARKING
There is ample FREE Parking at the venue.
CONCESSIONS
Concessions for the Patriot Volleyball Classic are on-site at the venue. No outside food or drink is allowed in the venue. Coolers and large baggage are not allowed inside venue. If you choose to bring your own food and drink it must be consumed outside of the arena. Anyone discovered bringing food or beverages (with the exception of water) will be asked to leave the premises and may not be permitted to return.
ATHLETIC TRAINER
An Athletic Trainer or EMT will be on site throughout the event.
