TEAM REGISTRATION

All teams must register through GotSport.

Entry fee is $300.

Teams will not be accepted into the Tournament until ALL of the following criteria have been met:

• DIVISIONS: Boys and Girls U8-U18 + Adult (5v5)
• Two-day tournament 3 guaranteed games + championship match between top two teams in any bracket
• Cash Prizes in adult divisions (based on team sign ups)
• Athletic Trainers for preventive care will ask players or coaches to supply their own tape or AT will charge them for tape. Tape being used to treat an injury that occurs during the event will be supplied by the AT.
