TEAM REGISTRATION

All teams must register through Advanced Event Systems (AES).

Entry fee is $400 for both girls and boys teams.

Teams will not be accepted into the Tournament until ALL of the following criteria have been met:

1. Register thru AES
2. Submit Online Payment
3. Book your hotels *this is a stay-to-play event*
   • Teams not using our housing must submit hotel/housing verification to hotels@webuildyouplay.com.
4. Submit Roster through AES
   If you don’t already have tournament results in the AES system, you must import your prior results into AES in order to be seeded correctly. Results need to be imported a month before the tournament.
