TEAM CHECK-IN

Coaches / Club Directors MUST check in their teams in order to play. Details about Check-In will be emailed to all Club Directors prior to the event.

STEP 1. CHECK IN ONLINE

Online check in must be completed by a Coach or Club Director for their team. Online check in will open the THURSDAY before the tournament starting at 12 am and close the FRIDAY before the tournament at 11:45 pm.

STEP 2. CHECK IN ONSITE 

There are onsite Team Check-In tables at every venue. Coaches / Club Directors must stop by at least 30 minutes before game time to pick up your team’s wristbands, folder, and check your roster one last time. If your paperwork is not properly completed and turned in, your team will not be allowed to play.

TEAMS

The Coach or Director will check in their team at the onsite Team Check-In table on the first day of the tournament. Teams are asked to provide team rosters at Check-In.

COACHES / ASSISTANT COACHES

All Coaches must check in at the Team Check-In table in order to receive entrance credentials. A max of three adults per roster are allowed, including Head and Assistant Coaches.

Clubs are allowed two assistant coaches per team. Any additional assistant coaches, chaperones, or representatives will need to purchase admission. Any adults you plan to have on the court with your team need to have the proper sanction and be listed on the roster for liability reasons.

PLAYERS

Players don’t need to check in – their uniform is their ticket. If any additional credentials are needed, coaches will be given them at the the Team Check-In table.
