HOTELS

If you wish to stay at any of our hotel partners / featured hotels, you must book directly through our housing website. Booking with the hotel directly or another 3rd party could affect your acceptance into the tournament. If you wish to set up a block for your team, please click on the booking link and follow the information provided on the landing page.

Most hotels have a 2-night minimum stay. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival for all hotels. Must book with a credit card valid up to at least the date of the event. A first night deposit will be charged 30 days prior to the event. There is a $3 per night non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking.

Regardless of if you stay at one of our hotels or not, you must complete our housing survey.
