Online check in will be the THURSDAY before each tournament starting at 12 am and close the FRIDAY before each tournament at 11:45 pm.
If your paperwork is not properly completed and turned in your team will not be allowed to play.
Check in will be on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2022 at York Expo Center, and Memorial Hall and will be staggered to comply with Covid-19 regulations. Details will be provided to all Club directors prior to the event.
Teams are asked to provide team rosters at check-in. Coaches will receive entrance credentials at team check-in. Clubs are allowed two assistant coaches per team. Any additional assistant coaches, chaperones, or representatives will need to purchase admission.
Teams must bring practice balls and carts to event.
