Online check in will be the THURSDAY before each tournament starting at 12 am and close the FRIDAY before each tournament at 11:45 pm.
Teams will not be permitted to check in until the entire team (players and coaches) has arrived.
Coaches and players will receive entrance credentials at team check-in. Clubs are allowed two assistant coaches per team. Any additional assistant coaches, chaperones, or representatives will need to purchase admissions. If your paperwork is not properly completed and turned in your team will not be allowed to play.
Check in will be available SATURDAY, May 7th and SATURDAY, May 14th.
Check in times will be assigned and staggered based on playing schedule.
Teams must register all players at the same time.
