TEAM REGISTRATION

All teams must register through Advanced Event Systems (AES).

Each age group division in this tournament has three levels of competition, American, National, and Open. They increase in competitiveness from American being the lowest level of competition, National being the middle level, and Open being the highest. Please make your decision of where to register your teams with this knowledge.

Entry fee is $670.

Teams will not be accepted into the Tournament until ALL of the following criteria have been met:

1. Register through AES
2. Submit Online Payment
3. Book your hotels *this is a stay-to-play event*
   • Teams not using our housing must submit hotel/housing verification to [email protected].
4. Submit Roster through AES
   *If you don’t already have tournament results in the AES system, you must import your prior results into AES in order to be seeded correctly. Results need to be imported a month before the tournament.
